We rely almost entirely in volunteering for our projects as a way to promote community collaboration, since everything we do is related to the environment. This is the best way to teach people to respect and cherish nature. We are always in search of volunteers. We like to keep it simple, and work most of the times on the mountains in Coronado, Costa Rica.
Recent volunteer programs: Calle Blancos high school.
A group of teenagers from Calle Blancos Tech High School were working with us for a few months. We were teaching them to respect nature by working at Locos por el Bosque Private Reserve in the Cloud Forest in Coronado. Experiencing the use of recycled materials to build structures might give these construction career students an idea of how the houses of the future might be built. They also had the chance of learning what is the Cloud Forest by working at it.
